Our Special Christmas: A Message of Concrete Hope

Through our efforts, we aim to bring hope and support to communities facing extreme hardship. Each project stems from a desire to provide tangible opportunities to improve the lives of children and families, creating a lasting impact in the world’s most vulnerable areas. Here are our initiatives:

Education remains at the heart of our mission: with our 2023 donations, we supported 460 children at risk of dropping out of school, providing them with educational and extracurricular activities as well as psychosocial support. This project ensures that children have the opportunity to grow up in a safe and stimulating environment, despite the challenges they face.

In a context marked by war, our 2023 donations were used to provide educational materials and “winter kits” to help people get through the harsh, cold months. In addition, we supported recreational activities and educational programs for children, ensuring their continued education and providing essential psychological support to help them overcome the trauma of the conflict.

Thanks to funding in 2023, we were able to provide children in Lebanon with psychosocial support and assistance with their practical needs.
In the midst of an unprecedented economic and social crisis, we will use the 2024 donations to support displaced children and families through psychosocial support and art therapy. The Fadai Center, managed by AVSI, is a hub for those seeking protection and assistance. Here, more than 700 families receive support to cope with daily challenges and overcome war-related trauma.

In the impoverished slums of Kireka and Naguru, thanks to the funds raised in 2024, we will support the Luigi Giussani schools, providing hundreds of vulnerable children with access to a quality education. We will provide school supplies, after-school programs, and medical care to improve the overall well-being of those living in extreme poverty.

We have decided to celebrate Christmas through concrete actions, helping to bring hope where it seems to be lacking. Every contribution, every project, and every child we are able to reach represents a step toward a better future
