Buildings involved: The survey covered the heating systems and building envelopes of approximately 90 buildings located in the municipality of Alessandria

To carry out the survey of condominium heating systems, we first conducted a thorough analysis of the documentation provided by the client in order to identify in advance the key areas on which to focus during the site inspections, based on the characteristics of the buildings and the systems.
The procedure for site inspections and data collection was agreed upon with the Client to ensure synergy between the work of Enertech Solution’s professionals and the plant operator’s internal data collection procedures.
For each building included in the analysis, an on-site inspection report was prepared, which provided a concise yet comprehensive record of the dimensional and qualitative characteristics of the systems, as well as the specific features of the building envelope.
The data collected in the field was then processed in the back office, and based on the findings, intervention plans were drawn up to address regulatory nonconformities and resolve the main technological and functional deficiencies.
Upon completion of the survey of the condominium heating systems, therefore, for each property inspected, the client was provided with a comprehensive overview of the condition of the heating systems: technical data and a photographic report documenting the current condition, a list of the work required to bring the systems into compliance with regulations, and the corresponding bill of quantities.
