Buildings involved:

The scope of the buildings involved in the project—and thus the number of cases being handled at any given time—can vary significantly. For example, these may include:

• Buildings with the following intended use E.2 (Buildings used as offices and similar purposes).
• Buildings with the designated use E.4(2) (Buildings used for recreational activities, community or worship and similar activities, such as exhibitions, museums, and libraries, as well as places of worship.
• Buildings with the following intended use E.6(2) (Buildings used for sports activities such as gyms and similar facilities).
• Buildings with the following intended use E.7 (Buildings used for educational purposes at all levels and similar purposes).

Brief description of the planned activities:

Following a thorough analysis of the shared documentation from the customer and the Planned actions For each individual property, the following steps are taken: preparation of the material required to submit a request for Incentive from the Conto Termico program and to the compilation of the forms provided by the GSE (Energy Services Manager) for each individual building, paying particular attention to the methods of submission of the application of the Thermal Account and to the Rules of Application.

In accordance with the specifications provided by the GSE, the documentation is prepared technical/photographic/economic certifying that the procedure and completion of the procedure for which the request is being made the incentive, as well as the documentation administrative/contractual certifying the relationship between the Responsible Party (our Client) and the Eligible Applicant (the public administration that owns the properties) as a guarantee of compliance with the quality standards and inspection that allow the incentive to be granted of the Thermal Account.

Following the loading and the initial assessment of the documentation by the GSE, it is often necessary to proceed with theaddition of additional material with the goal of clarify and overcome some contractual aspects and technicians required by the GSE for the final disbursement of the incentives of the Thermal Account.

Once the incentive application by the GSE , the next step is signing of a contract between the GSE and the Responsible Party for the disbursement of the granted incentive.
