During the initial phase of the project, a thorough analysis of the bid documents was conducted. The contract pertains to the provision of plant operation services, routine preventive maintenance and periodic inspections, corrective and improvement maintenance, as well as the creation and compilation of records of maintenance work and periodic inspections, the assumption of the role of Third-Party Responsible Party, and emergency response and on-call services.
The offering includes the development and installation of an architecture for an automated plant management and monitoring system, designed to efficiently control and manage the plants. This enables the supervision of all information, including historical and real-time data, from an existing centralized server.
The implementation of advanced software for reporting and data analysis, based on the existing platform, provides detailed insights into energy consumption, enabling the identification of potential waste and inefficiencies and the adoption of strategies to optimize and improve the efficiency of energy use.
