Purpose of the contract: Construction , testing, and maintenance of photovoltaic systems for the production of electricity from renewable sources within the context of wastewater treatment plants, water supply systems, and sewer systems managed by the CAP Group and Alfa s.r.l.
The contract has a duration of 13 years (3 years for the construction and testing of individual projects and a 10-year maintenance contract beginning upon the testing of each individual system).

The project began with a careful analysis of the bid documents and participation in coordination meetings with the client in order to develop a shared strategy for preparing the Master Plan.
Next, the technical proposal was drafted. This consists of sections regarding the certifications held by the Client that are required under the tender specifications; safety management (to protect health and ensure workplace safety); the organization of the entire contract to ensure the highest quality of services provided; the technical proposal, which outlines the key features of the proposed components and the long-term performance of the photovoltaic systems covered by the contract; the full-risk warranty and routine maintenance (optimization of the Maintenance Plan serving as the basis for the tender) as well as non-routine maintenance (in accordance with the provisions of the tender documents); finally, the “Additional Services” section, which summarizes the distinctive features of certain proposed solutions (development of BIM models, installation of weather stations, photovoltaic optimizers, renewable energy communities, access to incentive programs, dissemination of the environmental benefits achieved, and use of drones for visual inspection).
