Brief description of the planned activities: The technical reports were prepared in accordance with the requirements specified in the bidding documents, which were carefully analyzed at the outset of the project, with particular attention paid to the textual presentation and clear emphasis on the strengths of the proposal.
The activities covered by the contract concern construction work and the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems of the University’s properties.
To ensure a high level of quality in maintenance and restoration work, improvements have been proposed beyond the requirements set forth in the tender documents. The most significant aspects include the constant monitoring of processes and the proper execution of all necessary work, the selection of products with specific energy-saving features, durability, and ease of maintenance, the improvement of environmental performance through the use of renewable, natural, and recyclable raw materials, the use of enhanced environmentally friendly vehicles (EEVs) and work tools characterized by lower fuel consumption and emissions; and, finally, the improvement of the energy efficiency of lighting systems through the installation of smart sensors, dimmable lamps, and DALI control units.
