The company is looking for a HVAC System Designer to join our multidisciplinary team. The candidate will play a central role in complex, high-impact projects related to the design of mechanical and thermal systems, both for energy retrofits of existing buildings (in the industrial, hospital, commercial, and public services sectors) and for the development of systems for generating energy from renewable sources. The work environment is dynamic, constantly growing, and comprised of highly qualified professionals.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be involved in the following activities:

• Final and detailed design of HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and energy generation systems using traditional and renewable sources, as well as the related automation and remote control systems;
• Construction supervision, preparation of related technical documentation, and management of client relations;
• Conducting energy audits in accordance with Legislative Decree 102/2014 and the UNI CEI EN 16247 standards in the residential and industrial sectors;
• Preparation of preliminary designs and technical and economic feasibility studies aimed at evaluating the effectiveness and profitability of new investments in energy efficiency for buildings, facilities, and production processes;
• Market analysis of components, cost estimation, and preparation of bill of quantities;
• Coordinating and planning the workgroup’s activities; monitoring and verifying the quality of completed projects; and training and mentoring assigned junior staff.

Offer

• A permanent contract at the highest clerical level (Level 1 of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Professional Firms) or a contract as a self-employed individual (VAT-registered), depending on the candidate’s needs and preferences;
• Salary commensurate with experience, approximately in the range of 42,000–45,000 euros gross per year + welfare benefits;

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Energy Engineering. Other engineering specializations will also be considered if supported by relevant experience;
• Substantial experience (4–5 years) in the design of mechanical and thermal systems, in both civil and industrial settings, with knowledge of building automation systems;
• Registration with the Order of Engineers, Industrial Sector;
• Proven proficiency in using technical software such as AutoCAD, Edilclima, and the Office suite;
• Excellent skills in self-directed organization, managing project timelines, and problem-solving;
• Strong ability to coordinate a work group;
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language, both written and spoken, and the ability to interact with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

Milan or Bergamo.

Thanks to the steady growth trend over the past few years, we are looking for a new team member to help expand our Bergamo, at the POINT in Dalmine. We offer an opportunity to internship aimed at developing technical and consulting skills in the energy sector.

The selected candidate will be actively involved in ongoing projects right from the start.

Learning objectives and planned activities:

• Acquire solid skills in the plant engineering and energy sectors;
• Contribute to technical and economic feasibility studies, energy audits, consulting activities, the design of energy-efficiency measures, and the preparation of technical proposals for participation in competitive bidding processes;
• Develop the ability to independently model the energy performance of building-system complexes;
• Develop a professional approach to work;
• Experience teamwork through collaboration and ongoing interaction with colleagues and the mentor;

The internship is designed to lead to permanent employment with the company: upon completion of the internship and once the training objectives have been met, an offer of permanent employment will be made.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Energy Engineering;
• Strong technical and managerial analytical skills;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of technical drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD) and energy analysis software (e.g., Edilclima or similar programs) is preferred;
• Excellent command of the Italian language, both written and spoken;
• Good knowledge of English;
• A knack for problem-solving and a proactive attitude;
• Good teamwork skills.

• • Six-month extracurricular internship contract, with the possibility of subsequent employment under a ;

• Salary: €1,500.00 net per month;
