Brief description of the planned activities:
The technical surveys and thefeasibility studies have been carried out with the aim of integrating the new areas into the plant plant , with specific reference to the HVAC systems and plumbing and sanitation systems.
Next, they proceeded with the verification of the hydraulic circuits and air-handling systems already present in the cleanroom, in addition to the energy modeling for calculating the needs and thepower increase required for the thermal loads and refrigerators.
Finally, the executive plan for the expansion of the clean room , providing:
